Our finishing department pairs digital edging with hands-on work, whether the job is a standard full-rim, a delicate rimless mount or a high-wrap sport frame. Edging in-house means faster turnaround and one team accountable for the result.

- Standard and custom bevels for plastic, metal and combination frames, matched to size and shape.
- Semi-rimless
- Groove and nylon cord finishing with clean channels and a secure fit.
- Rimless drill-mount
- Drilling and mounting for three-piece rimless frames, with custom hole placement and hardware.
- High-wrap and sport
- Edging for high-curve wrap frames and sport eyewear, with decentration and base curve worked out for the frame.
- Safety
- ANSI Z87.1 compliant edging for safety eyewear, with proper retention and impact-rated finishing.
- Polishing
- Hand-polished edges, with flat polish and groove polish options.

- Automated edging does the cutting; a technician checks every job by hand before it ships.
- Kept in-house
- High-power prescriptions, unusual base curves and specialty frames aren’t sent out. If it can be done, we do it here.
Before we cut
- Minimum fitting height
- We check fitting height against the progressive design you chose before edging. If there’s a problem, we call before we cut.
- Edge thickness
- For high-power prescriptions we can estimate lens thickness before processing, to help with frame selection.
- Remakes
- If there’s ever a finishing problem, we fix it quickly, and you deal with the people who made the job.
