The equipment on our floor
01Digital surfacing
Schneider HSC smart and OptoTech L-series lines surface each lens under computer control, so complex prescriptions come out accurate.
Digital lens processing
02Cleaning and prep
Ultra Optics MR3 systems clean and prep every lens before coating, so the coating bonds without flaws.
03Coating
Automated systems apply anti-reflective, UV and specialty coatings consistently. Our ClearKraft AR line goes on in an OAC-75 series vacuum deposition system, inside a HEPA-filtered clean room.

04Edging and finishing
Frame-specific edging shapes and finishes each lens to fit its frame, with little waste. Bisphera TBA Phoenix dual-head milling handles wrap frames and detailed rimless shapes.
